Freezing Rain FX - Quick tip


Here is a quick visual tutorial of how I achieved the frost effect.
This is based off the latest "Rain FX Tutorial" by VideoCopilot.
I basically transformed the raindrop into a pointy ice crystal that I could duplicate.
